This is a biodynamic white wine from Paul Mas. It is made from white Grenache grapes that were grown without chemical intervention in a single vineyard. 60% of the wine were aged in oak for 4 months and the wine was then rested for further maturation in traditional concrete tanks on fine lees. Oaking with such a light touch produces a wine that is approachable and user-friendly on release, but has considerable potential for ageing in the bottle.
