A 100% organic & biodynamic wine from the estate of Paul Mas close to the Mediterranean sea and surrounded by pine trees and garrigue sprawling throughout the vines. Comprised of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre, this wine is true to it’s Mediterranean roots: Full bodied, luscious with smooth ripe tannins, some spice and herbal characteristics blend nicely with lots of cherry and dark fruits. A touch of vanilla and toast from 6 months in carefully selected oak barrels (French oak from Seguin Moreau and from Francois Freres; 30% new, 70% 1-2 year old casks). Perfect with lamb shank or pork shoulder.
