This rum from Barbados delivers amazing amounts of flavour layered with excellent complexity for the price. Blended as it is from fine rums of different ages – much like cognac for example – it shows the talent of the distillery managers in crafting a gorgeous spirit from a cross-section of the stocks they have maturing in their cellars.
