A luxurious plum liqueur, made by preserving ume plums in the finest Ginjo sake, made from Yamadanishiki rice.
After being marinated for 6 months, the plums are removed from the tank and the Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu is left to age for a further 30 months.
Nose: Dry fruit, date, Cherry and plum
Palate: Sweet, with rich plum and almond flavours.
Finish: A refreshingly dry finish.
